Yep, those were the days.
Now you’ve headed out of that youthful, carefree age and suddenly things aren’t quite as they once were – not quite as pert, you’re not quite as energetic and you only have to look at a chocolate bar to feel the fat jumping on…… Well, yes, things aren’t as easy as they once were, but you can still get that youthful vigour back and I hope my 5 days to fabulous challenge will get you started!
